Best Clean Ever is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Raleigh and Wake County communities. They handle everything from recurring weekly cleanings to deep cleans and move-in/move-out services across 10+ towns in the Triangle. As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you'll work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM, optional Saturdays) with the same routes and clients. You're not bouncing between random jobs—you build relationships with families, learn their homes, and take pride in seeing the same people benefit from your work. The team is small and tight-knit; coworkers are people who chose this work because they're good at it and care about doing it right. You'll get paid training, mileage reimbursement, unlimited commission and bonus opportunities, and weekly paychecks ($700–$800+). You’ll follow a structured cleaning system to ensure consistent, high-quality results while delivering a great experience for every customer you visit. This is a hands-on, active role where attention to detail and reliability matter every day. What You'll Be Doing • Cleaning and maintaining residential homes across Raleigh • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning • Following company cleaning systems and quality standards • Providing a positive, professional customer experience in every home • Traveling between assigned customer locations during the workday • Working independently while staying connected with your team • Helping maintain the company’s reputation for high-quality service What We're Looking For • Reliable attendance and strong time management • Positive attitude and willingness to be trained • Detail-oriented and focused on quality work • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment • Good communication and customer service mindset • Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks Requirements • Valid driver’s license (required) • Reliable vehicle (required) • Ability to travel between job sites during the day • Able to work full-time Monday–Friday • Physically able to perform active cleaning work throughout the day Great Backgrounds for This Role Housekeeping, hotel cleaning, residential cleaning, retail, customer service, daycare, CNA, PCA, HHA, hospitality, restaurants, front desk, warehouse, and other hands-on service roles.
