Best Damn Bookkeeping is run by Dan Platta — accounting nerd, home service operator, and host of the Home Service Happy Hour podcast. We bring years of accounting and finance experience plus first-hand operator perspective to serve home service businesses across the country. What makes us different: every client gets a dedicated Bookkeeper AND a dedicated Account Manager. We communicate every single week (not monthly with a list of 50 questions — nobody likes that). We deliver interactive monthly reports by the 10th of the following month, color-coded red/yellow/green so clients see exactly where they're winning and losing. And every report comes with a recorded walkthrough video. We serve home service industries including window cleaning, power washing, maid service, lawn care, landscape lighting, plumbing, pest control, HVAC, painting, and more. Financial Account Manager (Remote)

📍 Minneapolis, MN

Pay & Earnings: • Training: $52,000/year (~$1,000/week) • Post-training: $54,600/year (~$1,050/week) • Full book of business: $57,200/year (~$1,100/week) • Unlimited monthly bonuses (no cap) • $200/month health reimbursement after training • Section 125 supplemental plan after 2 weeks • Optional 401(k) Schedule: Full-time, 100% remote Location: Remote (Work from anywhere) About the Role: As a Financial Account Manager at Best Damn Bookkeeping, you’ll manage multiple client accounts, turn messy books into clean, organized financials, and help business owners understand their numbers. You’ll see the impact of your work daily and support small business owners in running their companies more effectively.
