Hardscape Technician

Blades of Steel Landscaping is growing, and we need a skilled Hardscape Technician to join our crew in Reading, PA. You'll be the backbone of some of our most impressive projects—creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that our clients enjoy for years to come. What You'll Do - Install pavers, retaining walls, and stone features with precision and attention to detail - Prepare and grade sites to ensure proper drainage and a solid foundation for every project - Work alongside our team to bring landscape designs to life, from residential patios to commercial installations - Operate and maintain hardscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly - Collaborate with crew leads and designers to solve problems and meet project timelines - Take pride in quality workmanship—every edge, every line, every finish matters What We're Looking For - Proven experience installing hardscaping materials (pavers, stone, retaining walls, or similar) - A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques - Ability to read plans and understand measurements and layouts - Physical capability to perform demanding outdoor work in all seasons - Someone who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and treats equipment with respect What We Offer - Full-time, year-round work with a crew that genuinely cares about doing things right - A chance to develop your skills and grow with a company that's building something real - A safe, supportive work environment where your contributions are noticed and valued
