What You'll Do - Deep clean residential homes using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products, tackling everything from baseboards to ceiling fans - Build genuine relationships with our clients by showing up on time, communicating clearly, and delivering consistent, quality work every single time - Work independently and efficiently to complete homes on schedule while maintaining our high standards - Pay attention to the details that clients notice—dusty corners, streaky windows, fingerprints on fixtures—because the little things matter - Adapt your approach based on each home's unique needs, from pet-friendly households to families with allergies - Report any maintenance issues or concerns you spot so we can help clients stay on top of home care What We're Looking For - Real experience cleaning homes (or proven ability to learn quickly and take the work seriously) - Someone reliable who shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing things right - A positive attitude and respect for people's personal spaces—you're invited into their homes for a reason - Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work on your feet throughout the day - A driver's license and reliable transportation to get between jobs in the Dorchester area What We Offer - Steady, full-time work with a team that values you as a person, not just a worker - Flexible scheduling and the chance to build relationships with regular clients - Access to professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment—no bringing your own materials
