Residential Cleaning Technician

If you love seeing a space transform from dusty and cluttered to fresh and sparkling, we want to meet you. What You'll Do - Clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently, tackling everything from bathrooms and kitchens to bedrooms, living areas, and hard-to-reach corners - Work independently while following our proven cleaning systems and quality standards to ensure every home meets Bright Side's high bar - Build genuine relationships with our regular clients by showing up on time, being friendly and professional, and delivering consistent results they can count on - Manage your own schedule and route between 3-5 homes per day across the Eustis area - Report any maintenance issues or concerns in homes and communicate with your team about job progress and any special client requests - Use cleaning equipment and products safely while maintaining a neat, organized approach to your work What We're Looking For - Someone with real cleaning experience (whether professional or just really good at it) who knows how to tackle different surfaces and tough jobs - A self-starter who's reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing quality work without constant supervision - Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in providing great customer service - Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods throughout your shift - A valid driver's license and dependable transportation to get between client homes What We Offer - Full-time hours with flexible scheduling that respects your life outside of work - A supportive team that genuinely cares about your success and well-being - The satisfaction of making people's homes beautiful and giving them back their time
