Lighting Technician

What You'll Do - Install outdoor lighting systems in residential and commercial properties across Cape Coral, designing and executing setups that highlight landscapes beautifully - Run electrical work safely and efficiently, including trenching, wiring, and fixture placement according to project specs and local codes - Troubleshoot and maintain existing lighting systems, handling repairs and upgrades for our growing client base - Collaborate with our design and sales teams to bring client visions to life while staying on schedule and within budget - Educate homeowners and business owners about their new systems so they feel confident using and maintaining them - Build relationships with clients by delivering quality work and professional service on every job What We're Looking For - Experience installing outdoor or landscape lighting (or related electrical/construction work) — we'll train the right person who's eager to learn - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites - Comfort working outdoors in Florida heat and willingness to work some early mornings or weekends when needed - A hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset — you think through challenges instead of around them - Genuine interest in doing quality work and representing Get Lit well in people's homes and yards What We Offer - Full-time, stable work with a growing company that actually cares about its team - The chance to learn a skilled trade and develop expertise in a niche industry - Work in beautiful Cape Coral doing something that makes a real visual difference
