Outdoor Lighting Foreman / Crew Leader

If you've got the skills to light up a project and the leadership to bring a crew together, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do - Lead and supervise our installation crews on outdoor lighting projects throughout Westchester County, ensuring quality work and safe job sites - Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, material coordination, and equipment maintenance for your team - Install and troubleshoot low-voltage landscape lighting systems, from design layout to final connections - Mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and company standards - Communicate directly with clients and project managers to keep jobs on track and address any concerns - Maintain accurate records of project timelines, materials used, and crew performance What We're Looking For - 5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape lighting installation or a related trade (electrical, landscaping, outdoor construction) - Proven leadership experience managing a crew or team in the field - Strong knowledge of low-voltage lighting systems, outdoor wiring, and electrical safety - Problem-solving mindset β€” you can troubleshoot issues on the fly and adapt when plans change - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within our service area What We Offer - Work with a crew that genuinely cares about doing things right, not cutting corners - Real opportunities to grow into larger project management roles - Year-round work with a well-established company that's been transforming outdoor spaces since day one - Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and tool allowances
