What You'll Do - Conduct thorough property inspections to identify mosquito breeding grounds and tick habitats, then develop customized treatment plans - Apply targeted, effective treatments using industry-standard equipment and eco-conscious methods - Educate customers on prevention strategies and seasonal pest patterns so they understand what's happening on their property - Maintain detailed service records and follow-up schedules to ensure long-term results - Build genuine relationships with customers by showing up on time, doing quality work, and actually caring about solving their problem - Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and share what's working in the field What We're Looking For - A strong work ethic and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service in every interaction - Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player - Willingness to learn the science behind mosquitoes, ticks, and effective treatment methods - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Some experience in pest control, landscaping, or outdoor service work is great, but we'll train the right person with the right attitude What We Offer - Full-time work with a growing, respected local company that actually values its people - Hands-on training and the chance to develop real expertise in a field that matters - A role where your work directly improves people's quality of life
