Pressure Washing / General Labor

What You'll Do - Operate pressure washing equipment to clean residential and commercial properties, including siding, driveways, decks, and concrete surfaces - Prepare job sites by moving obstacles, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety measures are in place - Mix and apply cleaning solutions when needed to tackle tough stains and buildup - Perform general labor tasks including debris removal, light landscaping, and property cleanup - Maintain equipment by rinsing it down after each job and reporting any issues to management - Load and unload materials and equipment safely from trucks What We're Looking For - Someone with experience in pressure washing or general labor (or willingness to learn quickly) - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stay physically active throughout the day - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - A solid work ethic and attention to detail — your work reflects on our reputation - Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from supervisors What We Offer - Full-time, steady work with a growing company serving the Lena area - Hands-on training if you're new to pressure washing - A positive team environment where your hard work is noticed and appreciated Ready to jump in?
